Q. Can I order background check on others. Do you care about my relationship with that person?

You are allowed to order background check on any one. We do not need to know your relationship with that person. You are responsible for followng the laws, rules and regulations in your city, county, state and country. We do not take any responsibility or liability for the damages caused because of the usage of the report.

Q.How long does it take?

It takes anywhere between 24 and 48 hours for us to send you the background check report.

Q. There are online services that provide background check in real time. Why cant you do the same?

Great question. It is a fact that a number of criminal record systems have restricted access. They can not simply be accessed using automated means. In order to build a reasonably complete background check report, one has to consult with as many criminal record systems as possible. Hence our approach takes 24-48 hours and is not real time.

Q. Is the report 100% comprehensive?

Please note that no background check service can guarantee 100% comprehensive check. It is a fact. Why is it so?? It is because of the following three main reasons :

a) While we consult with as many criminal record systems as possible, it is not guaranteed that these systems remain up-to-date by the minute (or even by the day). Hence there is a time lag in updating these criminal record systems. It is not uncommmon to find weekly updates to some of these systems. Certain databases take even more time to get synchronized.

b) There are criminal record systems that are either not online or not publicly accessible. We do not hack in to any criminal record system. We simply search through as many publicly available criminal record systems as possible using a combination or automated and manual procedures.

c) There is always a chance for human/system/technical error in some place/system.
